To all the residents of Shotesham,

I am writing to thank you for extremely kind donation of £466.76 from the Spring Piano Concert held at the All Saints Church in April. The concert seemed to be a very successful event and enjoyed by many!

As you may know, East Anglia’s Children’s Hospices (EACH) supports families and cares for children and young people with life-threatening conditions across the region. We provide care and support wherever the family wishes – in families’ own homes, in hospital or at one of our 3 hospices.

The money you have kindly raised will go towards providing an overnight short break to one of our families at our Quidenham Hospice. These short breaks allows for our families to recharge their batteries and spend time with other family members, whilst in the knowledge that their child is being looked after by our specialist care team. It is only with the support of the community, that we can continue to develop and deliver a range of services including: day care, specialist play, music therapy, hydrotherapy, parent and sibling groups, symptom management support, care at end of life and bereavement support for all family members.
