I am writing to provide your Parish Council with advance notice of a series of Public Information Days which Equinor will be holding during March and April 2020.  Equinor is the operator of both the Dudgeon and Sheringham Shoal Offshore Wind Farms, which are located in the Greater Wash off the coast of Norfolk.  It is our intention to seek development consent to extend both these offshore wind farms, and these Public Information Days will  provide Norfolk communities with the  opportunity to learn more about these important offshore wind farm extensions, to provide any initial comments and feedback they may have on the information being presented, and to understand the development consent process. The dates and venues for these Public Information Days are:

Monday 30 March 2020
Bacton Village Hall, Coast Road, Bacton, NR12 0ES

Tuesday 31 March 2020
Swardeston Village Hall, Swardeston Common, Norwich, NR14 8DX

Wednesday 01 April 2020
Aylsham Town Hall, Market Place, Aylsham, NR11 6FL on 1st April 2020

Thursday 02 April 2020
Weybourne Village Hall, Beach Lane, Weybourne, Holt, NR25 7AH

Each event will run from 1:00pm to 7:00pm.

 In order to bring these Public Information Days to the attention of Norfolk communities, Equinor will be advertising these events in the regional media during week commencing 16 March 2020.

 We would be very grateful if the Parish Council would include news of these events in any of its own forthcoming parish communications, and I have attached a promotional poster to this email which I hope you will be able to display on your parish noticeboard.
